- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grainy dijon mustard

Baby Carrots With Brown Sugar And Mustard

Directions
- Blanch, steam, or possibly microwave carrots till tender-crisp. Drain well. Heat butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and mustard to make a smooth sauce. Add in carrots and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute longer.
