Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork loin
  • 1 x Onion, large
  • 3 x Garlic clove
  • 1 x Thai chile Ginger, fresh (1")
  • 4 Tbsp. Ketjap manis
  • 1/2 c. ,water

Babi Ketjap (Pork In Soy Sauce)

Directions

  1. Cook Time:2:00 Cook the meat in one piece in a covered pan in a moderate oven (350 F)
  2. till done. Remove from the oven and cold. When cold anough to handle, cut very fine (1/8" by 1/2"). Grind together the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in a food pro- cessor. Fry in meat drippings till onion is golden brown
  3. (approximately 15 to 20 min). Add in ketjap manis, water, and diced meat.
  4. Simmer about 20 min.
