Ingredients
- 1 x Pie shell unbaked
- 6 x Apples sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Shortening
- 4 Tbsp. Butter

Babe's Surprise Apple Pie
Servings: 8
Directions
- Fill pie shell with sliced apples. Mix white sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Sprinkle over apples. Mix brownsugar and flour. Cut in shortening and butter till like meal. Spread over apples. Bake in warm oven 400 for 1 hr.
