Avocado Taco Mix Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- Avocado mix
- Lowfat sour cream mix
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. can sliced ripe olives
- 2 med. tomatoes, diced
- 1 sm. onion, shredded
- Fresh jalapeno to taste, sliced
- 4 to 8 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 can Herdez Salsa (or possibly diced tomatoes, jalapenos and onions to taste)
- 1 sm. onion, shredded
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Layer as listed.
- 1 (8 ounce) container of lowfat sour cream mixed with 1/2 taco package mix.
