  • 4 x pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery or possibly
  • 98 x % Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 c. apple juice or possibly water
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy-brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. honey Generous dash freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 c. warm cooked medium egg noodles

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add in pork chops and cook till browned.
  2. Add in soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till done. Serve with noodles.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
