Ingredients

  • 2 x Red delicious apples
  • 1 x Sliced bananas
  • 1 x Granny Smith apple
  • 2 x Bartlett pears
  • 1/2 lb Red grapes
  • 1/2 c. Almond slivers -- toasted
  • 1 c. Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple cider

Directions

  1. Wash and core apples and pears, peeling if you like. Cut into one inch chunks. Slice bananas 1/2" thick. Wash grapes and cut in half. Combine fruits and almonds in salad bowl. Mix yogurt with spices and cider. Pour over fruit salad and stir to coat fruits proportionately. Chill.
