Aunt Pearl's Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 - “jiffy” yellow cake mix (bake according to box directions)
  • 1 6-ounce pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
  • 1 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Time: 1 hours prep, 1 hours cook

Directions

  1. In a 9x 13 pan, bake cake mix according to box directions.
  2. Combine instant vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
  3. tened cream cheese add vanilla and then pudding and the rest of milk, then crushed pineapple. When finished put on top of cooled cake.
  4. Top with Cool Whip.
