Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 whl egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 c. apples sliced & peeled
- 1/4 c. almonds sliced

Directions
- Cream margarine with 1/3 c. sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour. Spread dough on bottom and sides of a 9" springform pan.
- Combine cream cheese and 1/4 c. sugar. Add in egg and vanilla. Pour into pastry-lined pan. combine 1/3 c. sugar and cinnamon. Toss with apples. Spoon over cheese mix. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 450 for 10 min, reduce heat to 350 , and continue baking for 25 min more. Cold completely before removing from pan.
