Ingredients
- 16 ounces Fettuccine Noodles
- salt
- 6 ounces thin Asparagus
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cooked Ham
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- white pepper, to taste

Asparagus Fettuccine
Time: 5 minutes prep, 12 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- In a pot of salted boiling water add Fettuccine noodles and cook as per instructions, drain add into a large saute pan, add butter, lemon, asparagus (cut into pieces) saute on low heat, toss several times, add cooked ham, toss again, add pepper
