Asparagus Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Fettuccine Noodles
  • salt
  • 6 ounces thin Asparagus
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cooked Ham
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • white pepper, to taste

Asparagus Fettuccine

Time: 5 minutes prep, 12 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. In a pot of salted boiling water add Fettuccine noodles and cook as per instructions, drain add into a large saute pan, add butter, lemon, asparagus (cut into pieces) saute on low heat, toss several times, add cooked ham, toss again, add pepper
  2. Serve
