  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, jarred or possibly homemade
  • 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, (3 to 4)
  • 1/2 c. fresh herbs, minced (choose two or possibly three: parsley, dill, chives, watercress)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice, (use grated rind if you like)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon or possibly coarse-grained mustard
  • 1 tsp honey Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine and serve.
