Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 sm Garlic clove, forced through a garlic press
  • 2 1/2 quart Unsalted popped popcorn

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan heat the butter with the peanut butter, the soy sauce, and the garlic over moderately low heat, stirring till the mix is smooth. Drizzle the mix over the popcorn
  2. in a large baking pan, tossing it well. Sprinkle the popcorn with salt if you like and bake it in a preheated 300 degree oven, stirring once or possibly twice, for 10 to 15 min, or possibly till it is crisp.
  3. Yield: 2 1/2 qts
