- 2 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1 x Scallion, sliced thin (about 2 tb) Grnd black pepper to taste
