Ingredients
- 6 oz. orange marmalade
- 1/3 c. less sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce
- juice of 1 Meyer lemon
- cracked black pepper to taste

Asian inspired Dippin' Sauce
Time: 3 minutes prep
Servings: 1 1/4 cup
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until well blended and no chunks of marmalade remain. Ready to use immediately or refrigerate for a more viscous dippin' sauce.

Summary
This sauce is magnificent for complementing things of Asian origin or anything that commands a good dunking. I use this sauce with the Broccoli Casse Rolls and it's taste bud magic. This sauce makes a great marinade also and is fabulous for basting ribs, chicken, fish etc... the list goes on and on.

This recipe is golden and can be easily turned into a spectacular glaze for meats and poultry by bringing it p to a boil and adding a slurry of cornstarch and water1:3. Toss with desired goodness!I've cooked/tasted this recipe!This is a variation
