Asian Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup black bean sauce(availableat asian markets or asian section of grocery store)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • Green onions to garnish

Asian Baked Salmon

Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Rinse and pat dry salmon fillet. Place on an oiled baking sheet
  2. Combine black bean sauce and apricot preserves.
  3. Spoon mixture on salmon fillet and spread.
  4. Bake until just cooked through, about 7- 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
  5. Sprinkle on green onions for garnish when serve.

                                    This was quick and easy to make and had a nice flavor. Served with jasmine rice and steamed brocolini. I'll save this to my week night dinner rotation.
