Artichoke Cheese Squares Recipe

Directions
- Heat a medium-sized skillet over moderate flame, then add in oil. Saute/fry onion and garlic till soft and translucent/soft. Don't brown.
- Beat Large eggs and whites in bowl. Add in minced artichoke hearts. Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Pour into a greased or possibly sprayed 7 x 11 baking dish.
- Bake 25-30 minutes. at 325 F till set. Let cold before cutting into squares.
