Arroz con Azafran (Saffron Rice)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken both
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 1 tbs. chopped scallions
  • 1 packet Sazon
  • 1 tbs. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
  • optional: 1/2 cup frozen peas

Arroz con Azafran (Saffron Rice)

Time: 5 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Bring broth to a boil, add other ingredients, stir well.
  2. Bring back to a boil, turn on low, cover.
  3. Cook 20 minutes.
  4. Let the rice sit 5 minutes, fluff with a fork.
