- 300g Minced Pork
- 6 Kueh Pie Tee shells (optional)
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- ½ tsp Dark Soya sauce
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Chilli peppers

Aromatic Basil Minced Pork In Kueh Pie Tee Shells
Time: 5 minutes prep, 7 minutes cook
Servings: 3
Directions
- Remove stems from Basil. Weâre just using the leaves. Rinse well.
- Sautéed garlic till fragrant. Add pork & break it up. Keep frying until pork starts to turn from pink to a uniform opaque colour.
- Add seasonings, sugar & chillies. Mix well. Put about 2 tsp of the pork mixture into the shells & serve.
