Ingredients

1/3 c. Honey Mustard Or possibly Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. apricot preserves

1 tsp grnd ginger
4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves about 1 lb.

Directions

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mix on chicken. Grill or possibly broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mix frequently till done.
