- 3/4 lb Lean Ham Cooking Spray
- 1/4 c. Apricots Spreadable Fruit
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice Fresh Orange Slices Optional

Apricot Glazed Ham Steaks

Directions
- Slice ham into 4 (3 ounce) slices. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over med-high heat till warm. Add in ham; cook 2 - 3 minutes on each side or possibly till lightly browned.
- Add in apricot spread and orange juice to skillet, stirring till spread melts. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 - 6 minutes or possibly till ham is glazed. Garnish with orange slices, if you like.
- Yield: 4 servings
