Ingredients

  • 8 ounce tin apricots
  • 1/4 pt thick custard sweetened
  • 1/4 pt cream

Directions

  1. Place fruit in liquidiser and blend till smooth.
  2. Add in custard and blend.
  3. Whisk cream seperately and fold into mix.
  4. Pour into small glass dishes and chill.
  5. Serve topped with a blob of cream.
