Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Dry Apricots, finely Minced
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c. Crushed Pineapple, Liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Nuts, minced (optional) Powdered Sugar or possibly Frosting
- 1 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 c. APricot Preservesp

Apricot Chews
Servings: 12
Directions
- Cook apricots and raisins over low heat in water till water is absorbed.
- Cold slightly and add in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar or possibly frosting. Blend well and spread in a greased 9" pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 min. Cut into bars while hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly spread with frosting.
- Blend well. Spread on bars.
- Makes 24 bars
