Applesauce Spice Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) spice cake mix without pudding
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Mix above ingredients 3-4 min. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Cool 10 min and turn out onto wire rack or possibly serving plate. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly top with a glaze or possibly frosting, such as mocha (coffee) flavored frosting.
