Applesauce Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 x Egg, beaten loghtly
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Applesauce, warm
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 3/4 c. Cake flour
- 1 c. Nutmeats
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Add in warm applesauce. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hr and 15 mins or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Keeps moist for days.
