Directions

  1. Grind ingredients, except for the walnuts, in a food processor. Add in the walnuts and pulse to mix.
  2. Firmly press cake mix into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs. Remove from springform and serve. Top with two Tbsp. of cashew cream, or possibly your favorite topping.
  4. Will keep in refrigerator for three days.
