Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. lard water Filling sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix together till it forms a fine grain mix.
  2. Add in sufficient water so it will stick together and roll away from the side of the bowl.
  3. Roll out one piecrust.
  4. Filling:Put piecrust into pie plate.
  5. Slice apples into pie shell.
  6. Fill pie pan to top with apples.
  7. Mix together 1 c. of sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon and sprinkled over top the apples.
  8. Roll out top piecrust.
  9. Place on top of apples.
  10. Flute edges.
  11. Bake for 1 hour in oven.
