  • 2 c. complete pancake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. chunky cinnamon applesauce sliced apples for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat griddle to 375*F.
  2. Combine pancake mix, water and applesauce in a bowl. Stir just till the large lumps disappear.
  3. Lightly brush griddle or possibly skillet with vegetable oil.
  4. Pour about 1/4 c. batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook about 1 minute or possibly till bubbles break on top. Flip pancake and cook an additional minute or possibly till brown.
  5. Garnish with sliced apples before serving.
  6. Makes 12 Pancakes
