Apple Nut Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Diced apples
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 c. Walnuts
- 2 c. Sugar
Directions
- Beat Large eggs. Add in oil, vanilla & dry ingredients. Mix in apples & walnuts.
- Bake in greased & floured tube pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
