Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Canola oil
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Apples, fresh minced
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Butter flavoring, optional
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 8 Tbsp. Margarine
- 4 c. Powdered sugar

Apple Cookie Sheet Cake
Servings: 12
Directions
- CAKE: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. ICING: Mix together. Spread over cooled cake.
- NOTES : Rich and wonderful. Will not last long at a pot luck dinner.
