Directions

  1. Put apple juice, dry apple, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
  3. NOTES : Other juices and/or possibly dry fruit could be used instead of apples and raisins.
