Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 c. warm cider; stir in raisins. Let cold. Add in remaining 2 c. cider; refrigeratetill consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  2. Stir in minced apples, celery, lemon juice and rind. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 c. mold. Refrigeratetill set. Unmold onto lettuce leaves and garnish with apple slices, if you like.
