Ingredients
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast
- 3 cups 2tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2tbsp butter/margarine
- 1 1/4tbsp dry flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup apple, finely diced
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup water

Apple Cider Bread - Breadmachine
Time: 5 minutes prep, 4 hours cook
Servings: 12
Directions
- Per bread-machine instructions add all ingredients. For my machine I need to add all the dry ingredients, minus yeast, before adding the wet ingredients. The yeast goes in a yeast release slot on the lid. This makes one Medium Loaf on Basic Bake Setting.

Summary
There is nothing that says fall has arrive quite like the smell of apples. This recipe was designed with my Panasonic Bread Machine in mine but has also been tested in a Cuisinart.
*Note: this recipe does not do well as a Rapid Bake/Quick Bake bread *
