Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/3 cup caramel topping

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Spread apple pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Mix flour, sugar and oats and mix well.
  8. Spread over the apple pie filling layer.
  9. Spread cool whip over the oats layer. Drizzle caramel topping over cool whip.
  10. Decorate, and refrigerate overnight.
