Apple And Spice Pizza Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Butter softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Flour unsifted
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Apples shredded
- 3/4 c. Oats uncooked
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 6 ounce Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat butter and sugars till creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat till smooth. Stir in apples and oats. Spread proportionately on generously greased pizza pan. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden brown. Remove from oven. While warm sprinkle with 1
- (6 oz) package chocolate chips. Let stand till soft then spread. Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans on top of chocolate. Sift 1/2 c. powdered sugar, add in 2 tsp. lowfat milk. Mix till smooth. Drizzle on top of pizza cookie.JM.
