Anthony's Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 lbs. Phil. cream cheese
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 10 ounce melted chocolate
- 1 pkg. famous chocolate wafers by Nabisco
- 2 T sugar
- 3 ounce melted butter
Directions
- In a food processor crush cookies with sugar. Add in butter. Line a 10 x 3 inch spring form pan. Mix large eggs with sugar in mixer. Slowly add in cheese then lowfat sour cream and chocolate. Pour into spring form and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 min. Thoroughly cool and remove ring before refrigerating.
