Ingredients

  • 2 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 c. cooked cut-up vegetables
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions

  1. 1. In a 3 quart baking dish, combine the soup, lowfat milk, thyme, and pepper. Stir in the vegetables and chicken or possibly turkey.
  2. 2. Bake at 400F 15 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble. Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. 3. Remove dish from oven; stir. Arrange biscuit pcs over warm chicken mix. Bake 15 min or possibly till golden.
  4. VARIATION: Top with melted cheddar or possibly swiss cheese (grated) for the last 5 min of baking. Turkey can be substituted for chicken. The vegetables that can be used include carrots, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, frzn or possibly fresh.
