Ann Marie's Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. minced nuts
  • 2 T salad oil
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. As the pudding bakes, the batter rises through rich chocolate sauce. Serve warm or possibly cold with ice cream.
  2. Put together granulated sugar, flour, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt in a mixing bowl. Add in nuts; stir in lowfat milk, oil and vanilla. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Mix brown sugar, cocoa, salt and hot water. Pour over unbaked batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 min. Serves 6-8.
