Angel Hair Pasta With Cilantro Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 ounce sun-dry tomatoes, liquid removed of oil, coarsely minced
- 4 Tbsp. oil in that they were packed
- 16 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 bn fresh cilantro, coarsely minced
- 8 ounce angel hair pasta
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients and set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions and toss with the tomato, cilantro, cheese mix. Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Serves 4 as a main course or possibly 8 as a side dish.
