Ingredients

2 c. Blueberries 1 Tbsp. Sugar 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier

4 slc angel food cake 4 scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
2. On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of icecream. Spoon berry mix over and around the cake.
