Ancient Age Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 5 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Ancient Age Bourbon
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg. butterscotch morsels (little more than lg. pkg.)
- 1 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Sift cake mix and pudding mix together. Add in large eggs, lowfat milk, bourbon, and butter. Beat long and hard by hand. Add in butterscotch morsels and nuts (reserve 1/2 cup each). Pour batter into prepared 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle remaining morsels and nuts over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
