Amaretto Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, roasted and finely minced
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Amaretto
- 24 ounce cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. blanched whole almonds, toasted and grnd
- 1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
- 1-1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients. Firmly press mix proportionately on bottom of lightly greased 10-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350
