- 1/2 8oz. can of crushed pineapple
- 4 1/2 tsp. honey
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Aloha Chicken
Time: 10 minutes prep, 8 minutes cook

Directions
- Whisk pineapple with its juices and honey in a bowl until combined.
- Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper and place in a ziploc bag covered with the pineapple sauce and mix to cover evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Place chicken on a baking pan lined with foil and broil on middle rack for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
