Delicious Baked Almond coated Potato Wedges

  • 2 Russet Potatoes (rinsed) cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Crushed Almonds
  • 1/2 stick Sweet Cream Butter (melted)
  • Garnish with a ramekin of ketchup

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry russet potatoes, cut into wedges, add into melted butter, coat in crushed almonds
  2. Set on a non stick baking sheet pan in a 400 F oven and bake for 14 minutes.
  3. Serve with a side of ketchup
