Ingredients

  • For crock pot or possibly oven preparation
  • 4 x thick pork chops (we prefer the sirloin chops for this recipe)
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 x onion minced clove garlic crushed (optional)
  • 1 x (26 ounce.) Family size can of Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Basic recipe: Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray. Saute/fry` chops and onions (garlic) until brown and onions are soft. Add in 3/4 c. white cooking wine and half the can of soup and heat thru.
  2. To prepare in a crock pot, spray with no-stickum, and spread half of the soup in a casserole dish or possibly the bottom of your crock pot. Add in chops and pour the rest of the mix on top. cook on high for 3 to 4 hrs, or possibly on low all day.
  3. To prepare in the oven, cover and bake at 325* for 3 hours or possibly 250* for 4 hours.
  4. Use the soup as gravy over rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
