All Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 2 1/3 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. Kellogg's All Bran
- 1 c. Bran Flakes or possibly Nabisco All Bran
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Raisins and/or nuts
Directions
- Mix together and bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Keep this batter in refrigerator up to a month. Great to microwave one a time. Makes about 4 dozen.
