All Apple Or Apple Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 x apple juice, frzn concentrate thawed
  • 1 x pectin dry for jams and jellies made with little or possibly no sugar

Directions

  1. Partially thaw concentrate and add in sufficient water to make 1 qt; pour into a 5-6 qt pan. Add in pectin; stir till dissolved, about 10 min.
  2. Scrap the pan sides often.
  3. On medium-high heat, sit till boiling. On high heat bring to a rolling boil which cannot be stirred down; boil exactly one minute. Off the heat, skim off foam. Pour warm liquid into 1-2 c. jars to within 1/2 inch of rims.
  4. Wipe rims clean, then cover with lids. Let jelly cold; serve or possibly refrigerateup to 3 months.
  5. Makes 4 c..
  6. These have a base of fruit juice concentrate so make sure which you purchase concentrates which have no added sugars. These don't save calories but for some people they are more refreshing and digest easier
