- 1 cup alamang
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 3 med tomatoes, minced
- 3 pieces chili peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup soda (optional)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Alamang Dip
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute onion and garlic, tomatoes
- Then add the alamang. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soda.
- Then the brown sugar. Simmer for few minutes.
- Finally add the peppers.
