Ingredients

  • 1 Acorn Squash
  • 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon butter crisco

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half
  2. scoop pulp and seeds, discard.
  3. Bake face down in 350degree oven for 45 minutes with a little water in dish.
  4. Take out and turn over.
  5. Mix the ingredients together, melt and pour over the squash.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes more and baste around the sides.
