Great in the early mornings, or mid day, any time. My family loves this dish!

  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • one tablespoon Pure Honey
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • One ripe Banana-sliced
  • 1/4 cup Toast Sweetened Coconut Flakes, Garnishing

Directions

  1. In a blender add blueberries and sugar pulse several times, add yogurt, honey and run one minute to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. Ladle into bowls, add a few slices of banana and some toasted coconut.
  3. YUM!
