      Even though the cherry crop was a disaster this year due to the killing freeze this Spring, followed by the severe drought, I will grit my teeth and buy bing cherries (or splurge on Royal Victorias) at the fancy store because I love cherries (born in Traverse City, MI, CHERRY CAPITAL OF AMERICA) and this recipe of yours is simply too good to pass up. Heck one could even be lazier and buy frozen cherries... you are my heroine, KG!
