%20behind%20a%20cart%20filled%20to%20the%20brim%20with%20processed%20foods,%20sodas,%20cookies%20etc.%20As%20some%20one%20who%20doesn't%20have%20children,%20I%20know%20that%20I%20can't%20even%20begin%20to%20understand%20the%20time%20(and%20energy%20and%20money)%20needed%20to%20raise%20a%20family,%20but%20sometimes%20I%20wonder%20just%20how%20convenient%20some%20of%20these%20pre-package%20foods%20are?%20Do%20they%20really%20save%20time%20or%20is%20it%20just%20the%20marketing%20telling%20us%20that%20we%20don't%20have%20time%20and%20we%20deserve%20a%20treat/%20time%20off/%20to%20relax%20etc?%20I%20mean%20this%20delicious%20fresh%20meal%20only%20took%20me%20about%2010%20min%20tops%20to%20make%20and%20only%20about%201%20min%20to%20clean%20up!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUsually%20my%20way%20of%20relaxing%20involves%20getting%20into%20the%20kitchen%20and%20cooking%20up%20something%20good...from%20scratch!%20But%20even%20I%20take%20a%20shortcut%20here%20and%20there...while%20I%20love%20to%20bake%20bread%20(and%20would%20love%20to%20learn%20more%20about%20cheesemaking)%20I%20just%20don't%20always%20have%20the%20time%20(not%20to%20mention%20my%20jeans%20have%20begun%20to%20revolt%20again%20me%20eating%20a%20full%20loaf%20of%20bread%20each%20week!)%20This%20is%20why%20the%20Greenmarket%20rocks!%20I%20can%20get%20something%20delicious%20that%20I%20know%20someone%20hand%20baked....%20not%20a%20machine%20or%20assembly%20line%205000%20miles%20away.%20Today's%20loaf%20was%20a%20half%20of%20tomato%20basil%20bread....delicious%20as%20is%20but%20even%20better%20with%20a%20little%20garlic%20and%20oil%20and%20best%20with%20some%20fresh%20cheese%20and%20tomato.%20We%20couldn't%20wait%20to%20get%20home%20and%20grill%20some%20of%20these%20open%20face%20grilled%20cheese/%20bruschetta%20hybrids%20up!%20This%20is%20a%20perfect%20snack%20for%20an%20electric%20skillet%20which%20is%20today's%20Daily%20Special%20on%20Foodbuzz!%20unlike%20a%20pan%20on%20the%20stove,%20an%20electric%20skillet%20heats%20up%20evenly%20guaranteeing%20nicely%20toasted%20bread%20and%20even%20melting%20of%20your%20cheese.%20Pair%20it%20with%20a%20nice%20fresh%20green%20salad%20or%20a%20hearty%20cup%20of%20soup%20for%20a%20delicious%20meal.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
